By accessing or using DEADSPACE.AI ("the Service"), operated by Deadspace AI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DEADSPACE.AI provides real-time sentiment intelligence, data analysis, and AI-powered workflow tools ("Brain" and "DeepEthos"). The Service aggregates publicly available data from social media, news sources, and other public APIs for analysis and visualization.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use automated means to scrape, collect, or extract data from the Service beyond its intended use
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Deadspace AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service.

6. Credits and Payments

Certain features require credits purchased through Stripe. All purchases are final. Credits do not expire. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs (including social media platforms, AI providers, and payment processors). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. SENTIMENT ANALYSIS AND AI-GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR MEDICAL DECISIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEADSPACE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deadspace AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting admin@deadspace.ai.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
